smoked
16 ounces chickpeas, canned
1 each lemon zest

each lemon juice
2 cloves
garlic -- chopped
1 tablespoon onion -- chopped
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2
tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon cumin
2 teaspoons coriander
1/3 cup
parsley -- minced
to taste salt and
pepper
Pulse it all but parsley in a food processor.
Adjust to taste.
Form into balls or patties and fry.
