1/2 cup roquefort cheese --
Crumbled
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup
red wine vinegar
1 each
lemon -- juice
1 dash
cayenne
2 teaspoons thyme -- picked clean
1 1/2 cups olive oil
Combine all ingredients but oil. Add slowly while wisking. Adjust seasoning.
