On a Fresh Asparagus Ramp Slaw



Roulade of Chicken, Vermont Chevre and Sautéed Dandelion Greens

With a Fiddlehead Fern, Mushroom and Ramp Ratatouille



All found locally growing wild!
If there is enough interest we'll do a two part class.
Foraging and cooking!

As always, the cost for the class is $40. Five dollars of that fee is matched by
VERMONT KITCHEN SUPPLY so that $10 per student is donated to the
Community Food Cupboard.
Classes begin at 6:00.
Class size is limited and they always fill up quickly so reply a.s.a.p. to this e-mail if
you are interested in attending. If you register for class and cancel out less than
24 hours before, we ask that you pay for your place. No exceptions. Thanks for understanding.
