I grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico with a taste for authentic Mexican Cuisine. I have been involved in the food industry
for 17 years and have 9 years experience as Chef. I graduated at the top of my class from the School of Culinary Arts
in Denver, Colorado and have apprenticed under Swiss, French, and American Chefs. I call my food "Modern Continental
with a Global Twist".
